Ms. Millard concentrates her practice in the areas of business and real estate acquisitions and dispositions and business entity formations and transactions. Her experience includes assisting clients with residential and commercial property development, leasing, land use, and purchase and sale transactions throughout the United States as well as representing homeowners’ associations in creating and amending governing documents and CC&Rs for common interest developments. She has represented start-up businesses in their formation planning and documentation, commercial lessors and lessees in lease negotiation, and buyers and sellers in the acquisition and sale of commercial and high-end residential properties.
