Ms. Decker Bradford concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate transactions, business entity formations, and estate planning. She has vast experience assisting clients with many different types of real estate transactions, including but not limited to commercial and residential property leasing, purchases, and sale transactions throughout the United States. Additionally, she assists clients and their families in all aspects of designing, implementing and administering their estates both during their lifetimes and after their passing.

Ms. Decker Bradford is actively involved in the Community. She has previously served on several non-profit Boards, including but not limited to, the Family Service Agency, the Santa Barbara County Bar Associates, and the Barristers Club of Santa Barbara.

Ms. Decker Bradford and her children are actively involved with many youth activities throughout the Santa Barbara community and enjoy walking, swimming, and outdoor adventures together.
